Position Overview:
The FOH Team Member/Cashier is a vital part of the guest experience at SFC Seoul Fried Chicken, responsible for monitoring the front of house (FOH) operations and ensuring guests are satisfied and receiving the correct orders. The Cashier provides friendly and courteous service while maintaining a positive and efficient atmosphere. Accuracy, hospitality, and attention to detail are key to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately ring in customer orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Count and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Ensure order accuracy by repeating customer orders to confirm correctness.
- Provide excellent hospitality, maintaining the restaurant’s guest service standards.
- Complete to-go and delivery orders by bagging items and ensuring order accuracy before handing them to guests or delivery drivers.
- Keep the dining room, drink station, and condiment station clean and organized (in fast-casual settings).
- Regularly check and maintain the cleanliness of restrooms.
- Confirm online and delivery orders through the respective tablet systems.
- Restock the beverage cooler to ensure availability of drinks for guests.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to stand and remain in a stationary position for 8+ hours during the shift.
- Flexibility to change positions and move around the restaurant throughout the day.
- Ability to count money accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
